Salon boat the Valentijn is an authentic Amsterdam salon boat, built in 1913 and returned to its home city and original splendor 92 years later. Beautifully restored with many authentic details, the Valentijn is a pleasure to the eye. Gleaming wood, polished brass and fine linen create a unique ambiance. The Valentijn complies with all safety regulations and modern comforts.




Salon boat the Valentijn is the only Dutch salon boat that is able to sail under all Amsterdam bridges, opening up even the smallest and most remote canals to its guests. Besides cruising the Amsterdam canals it is also possible to make a tour on the beautiful rivers Vecht and Amstel. We are happy to discuss your arrangements with you.



The Valentijn accommodates a maximum of 19 guests. The intimate lounge is perfect for 12 guests and 7 more guests can comfortably sit on the covered balcony. The Valentijn can be fully heated and all windows and the entire balcony can be opened during warm summer days.
