A multi-course dinner featuring signature dishes from Dutch Michelin-starred chefs, served during a luxury cruise through Amsterdam.
: A Culinary Delight ata Michelin-Star Level
During the evening, we’ll cruise across the IJ, past Amsterdam’s skyline and the architectural highlights of the Amsterdam islands and Noord, while dishes are served from restaurants Aan de Poel, Parkheuvel, Restaurant 212, and Bij Jef.
The dishes are prepared by the restaurants and finished and served on board under the direction of Executive Chef Boudie Keijzer, following the chefs' instructions. Thomas Groot and Richard van Oostenbrugge (patron-chefs of restaurant 212) and Erik van Loo (restaurant Parkheuvel) are personally present.
Through images and sound, the other star chefs talk about the creation of their dishes. The evening is framed by live jazz from Sammy Uivel & Combo .
