As the canals slowly glide by, Chef de Cuisine Boudie Keijzer prepares a four-course gourmet dinner in her kitchen. Each dish is freshly prepared and served, while the city reveals a new, enchanting side of itself with every turn.

Captain Olav van den Broek knows Amsterdam like few others do. Along the way, he tells stories about the houses that have seen generations come and go, about bridges that brought lovers together, about merchants, artists, and the water that made the city great. His stories give the canals a soul.
